Hi Bruce, and thank you for introducing yourself in our g2g forum.  This is the place to come, if you have questions about your ancestor.  I would advice you to upgrade to a family membership - once you have upgraded you can add tags to your profile that will attach you to the members that Frank is talking about in his answer. Tags can be your ancestor's surnames or their locations.

There are over 3,400 with the Newell surname at WikiTree.

You can see them by going to the Find menu at the top right of the WikiTree page. Enter the surname after you click on Surnames in the menu.

Do you have any birth year or marriage year for Julis Newell? Would you also have geographic information such as country, state or province, and city at time of birth and also at time of marriage?
