GEDCOM errors

I'm having issues with GEDCOM files downloaded from Wikitree. If I select "limit for privacy" the private files aren't marked PRIVATE, they are simply not included. Uploading this to either GEDmatch or DNAPainter results in an unusable file since the root person isn't found.

Looks like a bug to me.

This statement under limit for privacy seems to answer the question:

If you select the option to limit for privacy, the file won't include anything that's only visible to the Trusted List. This is strongly recommendedif you are uploading the file to another website.

As I interpret this, what is happening is not a bug.
