I'm guessing October 14, 1772 ? ... or October 24, 1773 ?

It says 'vingt quatre octobre', so 24 October. 14 October would be quatorze octobre.

Mil sept cent soixante treize is 1773 (1000+700+60+13).

1773. Modern French spelling is soixante-treize. Looks like it is spelled soixante et treisse in the document.
