I think that may be a typo. I have made a few of them but without better information I would recomend that you contact the profile manager and ask him directly about this, he is active.

It's the date given in the cited source.  The PM didn't upload her, he only adopted her.

First thing would be to confirm that she is in fact the mother of Viscount Fanshawe, and not some other Elizabeth Smythe of the same name.

But the date she died is the sort of thing where you could waste a lot of time searching, and then come to the conclusion that nobody knows.
