Simply, I just want to know how I can forward my Gedcom from my Legacy program to WikiTree?

Because of the risk of creating duplicates WikiTree's GEDCOM process is quite different from other sites. After you export your GEDCOM from your old program you upload it here and then WikiTree runs it against what's already here and you have to compare your entries against the suggestions for possible duplicates. Only after that is completed can you then add your profiles to WikiTree.

I would suggest that you start with a SMALL GEDcom if you do this.
