Trying to add mother of Lavigne-795

Question

I'm trying to add mother (Bissonnet-87) to Lavigne-795 and all I get is the following message: To edit relationships on Lavigne-406 please see Help:Project Protection. Can someone please help to add her mother, because I'm confused as to why it's mentioning Lavigne-406?

I would request a removal of the PPP on Lavinge-406, because it seems there is a project box,  but no project as manager.  (The PPP was meant to be temporary, to be removed after a merge.  Merge happened, PPP removal did not.)

It seems I locked the father for the name, then did the merge and didn't remove the lock.  I apologize for the inconvenience.
