Why was category York Minster changed to York Minster Churchyard?

Granted I had added a category before writing up the biography and the category was the inadequate York Minster for which I apologise. However the bot has changed that to York Minster Churchyard. People did get baptised, married and even buried within the Minster (as in this case); indeed some people even worked therein. Was the bot really meant to make this change?

Should the profile be under this category York Minster, York there are 2 categories for York Minster.

Thanks, I've changed this profile, but presumably there are many more.

Is it possible to reverse the bot.

There aren't many in the changed category(ie churchyard)  so it could be done by hand but one was a chorister at the Minster, one was married there and the rest seem to have been buried in the Minster. None suggest that they were buried in the churchyard,

Findagrave categorises in this way.Are we trying to copy them?   They have  eight entries categorised as being in the churchyard when they are  all clearly in the Minster itself e.g. https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/10208/sevart-de_bovill  https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/8502030/william-of_york

There is a register of burials within  the minster. https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/YKS/ARY/York/BurialsYorkMinster

I wonder how many burials are actually recorded as taking place in the precincts i.e. churchyard (I know there are some ancient burials) I can't remember it having an obvious surrounding graveyard but it's a few years since I visited.

Don't think there's many that I remember from when we visited in February.

I would think that the old ones or clergy would be the only ones.

There's only a handful of profiles on that cemetery category so they would not take long to change.
I've moved them all but the question remains, why was it done? Was it intended or an error?
