Adding to the Adoption and Multiple Parents Help page.

I think it might be helpful to add a link to the Adopted Child template to the Help page for Adoptions and Multiple Parents.

Hi Kevin, thanks for bringing this to our attention. The Adoption Angels project uses a different help page with the template on it, but it should be either linked on this help page or in sync with it. I'll bring it up to the leaders.
