Trying to categorise Chevalier of the Order of Leopold II and Croix de Guerre

I'm trying to add categories to Nicholas and struggling - he was awarded the Croix de Guerre and Chevalier of the Order of Leopold II.  Any help appreciated!

I added the Order of Leopold but am hesitant to add the Croix de guerre since I don't know which palm to use.

Thank you Natalie - no, no details of the palm are given - I've just downloaded the record from National Archives and it doesn't mention it there either.
There is a French War Cross and a Belgian War Cross. I assume it's the Belgian one?

To be honest I'm not a fan of the palm sub-categories. Several men in my family got a War Cross during WWI but they had stars, not palms, so they don't fit anywhere. (I am not using these categories on them anyway since they don't seem to be for French soldiers anyway). - Also, that a person received the War Cross will be mentioned on their marriage (if they married later) and death acts, but never with any mention of stars or palms.
