I am trying to figure out the information for Josef Cerny so the 2nd record in this picture

Mother: Vincencie Tomášková, born in Tresný(?), evangelical, daughter of Jan Tomášek, owner of the house in Tresný (?) 8 and his wife Rozalie Personvá from Tresný (?).

Thank you for the translation!  I was able to stumble my way through it a bit as well using this webisite and google translate.  Your's is much cleaner though.
When you say "Velke Tresne" (sorry I don't know how to get the letters correct) is this the city/town/village or what do you mean by that?  Any idea if this is close to Rybne?

Telecí is the parish for Rybné, a village in the 19th century named Pusté Rybné, now Pustá Rybná, lies northwest, just adjacent to it. Velké Tresné lies about 15 miles southeast as the crow flies.

František Černý's mother is from the family Letý (Kateřina rodem Letý z Rybního).
