suggestions report from Wiki+ and the app - can this be correct?

Prompted by a recent G2G discussion, i checked my Suggestions List (using the Wiki+ app) for the first time in about 6 months, i think.

Here's what i see:

Suggestions in profiles on watchlist of Smith-123128).

Here are suggestions for improving the health of our shared tree. Will you help by investigating them? When you're done, set the status using the button in the right column. Dismissed suggestions and corrected errors will be removed on Monday with the next update. more information Help. No watch list IDs for user Smith-123128.

Time taken: 0 s

Date of report: 2020-11-12 16:54:21 Date of Data: 8 Nov 2020

I find it difficult to believe that my watchlist could be in such good shape.  I wonder about the 'close parentheses' mark that appears after my WikiID.  Is that messing things up somehow?

Cheers

Shirlea

editted to include that i was using the app - the report happens properly when navigating via the dropdown

I see some suggestions for you under your profile ID drop down as well for your watch list, which is the one under My Wikitree drop down.

Many of them are under Find A Grave because the citations from Family search was not including the Grave ID.  You will need to go back to family search using their link, copy the ID, the go to find a grave using that ID.  It is always advisable to use the source citation from the bottom of the Find A Grave Page, instead of the family search citation since it has more information. Adding the Find A Grave template to that citation, or replacing the Memorial ID portion, is also helpful, so there is a direct link to the page.

Edited to add link to template page.

Thanks so much!  I see that too, now that i've used the menu link.

I think i'll leave this up for a while in case the data-doctors or someone connected to using the app sees it and sees what it did to my ID when i logged into the app.
Did you use wikitree + to check for your suggestions instead of the drop down? I don't see that mentioned in your question.
I was using the app. I didn't at that time realize there was a dropdown menu link.

Perhaps you might have 'Blood relatives', rather than 'All' as a filter?

Great idea!  Thanks Ros!  I'll clean up that list, and probably orphan most of the others.  (Not sure how i acquired some of the others -- possibly helping with a G2G question to connect profiles to the tree, and then not going back to take myself off the profile.)
Actually i had All as the filter...thus more than 90 Suggestions as soon as my WikiID was correctly displaying as Smith-123128 instead of Smith-123128) as Wiki+ somehow wanted it to be.

With Blood Relatives there is a manageable number.
