Hi, I'm new to this site.  I am looking for information on Jesse Brown Battle, my grandmother's maternal grandfather.  I have tried to find a copy of the Battle Book, or at least excerpts that pertain to this branch of the Battle Family, but so far no luck.

Edited to add that I created a free space page for the book, which shows how to cite it, if you decide to link to it in a profile.

Hi Sandra, and welcome to WikiTree.  Thank you for introducing yourself in our g2g forum.  I would suggest that your next step would be to upgrade to a family membership.  This membership is 100% free. Then you will be able to add tags to your profile. The tags can be surnames of your ancestors or the locations where they lived.  You would then be connected to other people on WikiTree that are researching the same information that you are.

Welcome again to WikiTree and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
