Great Migration Ships Category

400 ships that arrived in America during the period 1600-1640 have been added to the category pages.  See: Great Migration Ships

Most of the ships have a detailed and sourced passenger list to assist in choosing the correct ship. A work in progress.

To add your ancestor to one of these ships, copy the Title of the ships page (less the word Category at the end) and on your ancestor's page toward the top add the link:

[[Category: name of ship ]]

example:

[[Category: Susan Constant, sailed Dec 1606]]
 

you may also add a link in your biography section such as:

Grandpa came to America on the ship "[[:Category: Susan Constant, sailed Dec 1606|Susan Constant]]"that sailed Dec 1606, departing England, arriving 1607 Jamestown, VA.
