On NaN undefined NaN Terry Welshans wrote on Brown-6881:

That isn't a Suggestion.  When a merge of 2 profiles is proposed, a message has to be entered about merging the profiles.  That is the message that was posted when the merge was proposed.

I believe that only the poster of the comment can edit or delete it:

Help:Comments#Editing_Comments ;

Help:Comments#Deleting_Comments .

Both the poster and the profile manager can archive the comment:

Help:Comments#Archiving_Comments .
