why is the gedcom file number that i downloaded from you guys not compatible with Gedmatch?

Question

why is he gecom file number that i downloaded from you guys not compitible with Gedmatch?  They require two letters at the start for their gedcom files numbers.  The file number you gave me starts with numbers
