Looking high and Low for a marriage date of [[King-41004|Elizabeth King]] and [[Lowden-351|Thomas Lowden]] for a DAR research. I know she was born in New York and her family was in and around Livingston NY and Homer, Cortland New York. His family was residing in Seneca County New York. Please Help!
WikiTree profile: Elizabeth Lowden

The dates on the upper part of the profile don't seem to agree with the dates you have written in the narrative biography. Rather than linking to a Family Search pedigree, it would be better if you used the primary source citations found there on the WikiTree profile. All of those primary source citations would be needed for a DAR application.

Have you contacted the county historians in a couple of the probable marriage counties? They will have access to records not available online and might have a wealth of additional information for you.
You should know that marriages are not required in the DAR. They're nice, and can help prove certain things if necessary, but they're not required.

Do you have the child documented and connected to this pair? Make sure you have these before worrying about the marriage.

Parts of NY are great for records. As stated in the previous response, check out the historian or the local genealogical society to see what they might have or know of.

If you move all of the < ref > citation < /ref > into the biography text (in the appropriate place) those will appear under Sources. Otherwise, remove the < ref > and you will have bulleted items under Sources.

The timeframe of 1820 to 1840 is very difficult in New York. There are no (or few) town records but there were a few churches around. You might want to start in the FamilySearch catalog here https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&placeId=185110&query=%2Bplace%3A%22United%20States%2C%20New%20York%2C%20Cortland%22&subjectsOpen=365196-50 and then move west into Seneca county
