I have found a few records from the Utrecht archive, and I am wondering if they match this Gijsbert Elbertszen:

FWIW The Utrecht archivists transcribed the baptism regsitration as if "Elbertsen" was a regular surname and assigned that to Aeltje too. The actual record has just "Aeltje" as name. Assuming "Elbertsen" was a patronymic her full name would be "Aeltje Gijsberts[en]".
In the text of the murder verdict can be recognized: "Gijsbert Elberts gewoont hebbende tot Loenen"

"Gijsbert Elberts former resident in Loenen"

Utrecht is rather far away (for Dutch people) from Cadzand, Zeeland. The Elbertszen part of his name is the patronymic. So that refers to the common name Elbert or Albert of his father, not to a real family link. It seems more logical that he sailed from Middelburg or Vlissingen to the States and not visited Utrecht for these family events.

I would first search in Zeeland. You can do that here in the Zeeland archives or here in the WieWasWie Dutch archive (has all open data from the Netherlands) or here at OpenArch (with links to FamilySearch)

But... I have not read the documents in the link you provided so there might be some info in there I missed.

There is nothing on the profile of Gijsbert Elbertszen to indicate why someone thought he came from Cadzand, Zeeland, so no great significance should be attached to that place name. I may be from https://wc.rootsweb.com/trees/197133/I33049/-/individual (cited on the profile) and other online genealogies. Since the name of the wife in the Utrecht record matches the name of the wife in the New Amsterdam records, I think there is some credibility to the notion that these are the same person.

Interesting finds! The Gijsbert Elbertszen who emigrated to New Netherland had a child baptized in New Amsterdam in October 1661, so if he is the man you found in Utrecht records, he departed Utrecht for New Netherland several months before the 20 December 1661 court date.
