This is not a standard gedcom field. Depending on your software you may be able to add a custom field for it. I do not know how such a custom field would be handled in reports and charts. Your software may create a list for fields not imported (for some software this is an “lst“ file. It is also possible to edit the gedcom (which is a text file) and manually combine the middle name fields with the given name field; however if the file is large this would be a tedious process. When you save the edited file be sure to save it with the “ged” extension and not “txt” which may be automatically added by your editing software. Also, if you make an error it could corrupt the gedcom.
