When did Ada Clews live? If it was after 1837, you could try searching the General Register Office for births in the right time range (5 years at a time) with surname Archibald and mother's maiden name Clews. You have to search for male and female children separately. You'll be given the registration district of any births found; you could try to match that up with King's Norton.
You need to create an account on the site, but then searching is free. You have to pay if you want full images of records with all details.
