How can I merge this profile if a do not get respond from the person on the trusted list to merge.

It looks like the manager hasn't been active in over a year.  If she's not responding to your requests, you may need to fill out an Unresponsive Profile Managers request.

The PM hasn't been on WikiTree since September 2019.  So it looks as though you need to go through the Unresponsive Profile Manager process:

It should merge after 30 days if one manager has approved after compare.

Only if it's an Open profile - which this isn't.
