Enhancement request: "between" dates

+3 votes
I have an enhancement request. At the moment it's easy to specify that a date is before or after a known time, but we can't do both -- that is, we can't specify a range of possible times.

Put another way:

Right now we can say "born before 1940" or "born after 1935". I would like to be able to say "born between 1935 and 1940" and have the database understand it.

Hi Marnen.

That's something I'd like to add too.

It will be a little tricky, but it's something we should be able to add eventually.

So, is this still something we should consider?
