I’m 11 degrees from Noah Webster; he’s the husband of a great aunt.
Noah Webster is my third cousin, seven times removed. Although we are not related by blood, I have visited both the Aitken Centre on the University of New Brunswick campus and the the restaurant in the Beaverbrook Hotel in downtown Fredericton, New Brunswick (Canada) many many times.

I'm 14 degrees from Noah Webster straight down through the descendants of his great, great grandmother's brother. smiley I believe that's 4th cousins 5x removed.

not one of the founders listed, but my gr-gr-grandfather was "J.W. Gaulding, one of the founders of the old Arkadelphia Standard" (quoting Frederick William Allsopp's History of the Arkansas Press for a Hundred Years and More from his profile).
