Do you mean the website rootsweb.com or WikiTree's RootsSearch app?

the RootsSearch app.It was working fine and I had to reboot and when I came back it wouldn't work. I can source without it but it is faster with it.

As Kevin mentioned in his answer, this issue with the RootsSearch app has been reported by several others.

You should to move your question to the WikiTree Tech category and add the rootsserach tag to your question get the appropriate attention.
