Is anyone having trouble logging in to Rootsearch? [closed]

Rootsearch is not accepting my login today?  Anyone else having trouble with it?

It does not work for me with firefox, today 10 Dec or yesterday 9 Dec

Still not able to get into Rootsearch.  I have to sign into Family Search and enter the info manually to search.

I got in through Ancestry.

For me it didn't work when I tried to use it with Google Chrome, but it worked with Firefox. I had the same problem/solution a few weeks ago with the "missing links" app.

Same, it quit working a few days ago, not back yet. Sigh.

You should be able to login again.

Just tried. It sends me to an API login. Once I put in my email and password, it asks for a profile ID. Doesn't matter what I put there, it sends me back to the API login.  Round and round.  Still not working.

Same for me using Chrome on an iPad. It works in safari on the iPad (where I had to sign into WikiTree).

It worked on both chrome and Firefox from the desktop. I probably had to sign in for chrome, I had deleted all cookies. I did not sign in on Firefox

If you haven’t already, make sure you’ve cleared your cookies, and that you don’t have anything blocking cookies from being saved.

Also it might help that once you’ve gone through the login process, go back to the profile and click on the root search link again.

Finally!!!!!  Thanks, Jamie.  My computer just did an update, and miraculously the problem cleared!

Same problem for me, but followed the suggestion to clear cookies, and it works now!! Thanks for the suggestion.

I cleared my cache, logged out and logged in. Now it’s working with iPad safari browser. Thanks for all your suggestions.

It is still not working for me. I have cleared cache, updated computer, restarted etc and still no joy.
