Yes. This is the Elizabeth Stockton who appears to have married William Whiteside in about 1740 in Goochland (now Albemarle) County, Virginia. She was a daughter of Davis Stockton (c.1685-1761). Elizabeth and William moved to what is now Rutherford County, North Carolina.
