Removal of Profile Manager

Question 1

Is it possible to remove a PM who has not been active since 9 November 2011 and is not responsive to communications? If yes, how does one do this?

Basically steps are simple - on Profile Page-Lower Right Corner ther is a link.You'll be asked to confirm that you've done all of the following:

1. Sent a Trusted List request.
2. Sent the manager a Private Message
3. Posted a comment on the manager's profile. (I put dates sent under the Comment section)

Another email is generated by wikiinfo - It takes about 7 days to hear back that profiles are open.

It looks like the profile is open. You can edit as is appropriate with sources.
