The app has a link to a help page that explains it as follows:

  • Misplaced Lines: This reports the number of lines between the == Sources == heading and the <references /> tag, excluding any blank lines. The <references /> tag should be on the line immediately following the == Sources == heading. To fix this, move the <references /> so it immediately follows the == Sources == heading.
