Jillaine, I didn't realise there were ways to prevent search engines from capturing publicly available pages, but I would be reluctant to trust them anyway.
Both my white and green freespace pages turn up in a Google search. Haven't got any red or black, so cannot test that theory without creating a separate freespace page, but I don't see how Google could capture it if it was private. If it were the case, none of the private profiles would be private at all, and everyone's information on living people would be available for all to see.
I agree with Jillaine about the birth certificate for living people, in fact, I have no living people apart from myself entered at Wikitree.
