Comments on Charlene (Whitworth) Mills

Question

I got this message on a profile for a friend.  What does this mean?  What is UPM?  I have been a member for some 10 years and have remained active.  I manage several hundred (I've never counted them) profiles.

Are there certain "activity" requirements to remain on WikiTree?  I have never know of such.

I am actually insulted by this letter and by the writer.

What is going on?  Lastly why is the posted on Charlene Mill's profile and not sent to me directly?

The profile for Charlene is for a volunteer here at Wikitree. So if she has not been active it will be her account that is being referred to. I suggest you message the sender directly and ask her to explain.
