WikiTree does not store DNA data. You just enter the company where you tested and the type of test - like autosomal or mtDNA. On your profile page, look on the upper right and hover over the "Add" button; the first item in the drop down box is DNA. Click on that and follow the prompts to add your information for your My Heritage test.

Register at GEDmatch.com and follow their directions to upload your MyHeritageDNA results there.  Then enter your GEDmatch ID on your DNA Tests page in WikiTree.  Doing so automatically associates your DNA with you and your relatives in WikiTree and that allows for matching and comparisons with others in GEDmatch and WikiTree.
