The ancestors of Elizabeth D'Oyly [D'Oyly-47] are believed to go back to the Norman Conquest to a Robert D'Oilly who came into England with William the Conqueror and built Oxford Castle. I need someone with pre 1500 certification to research and confirm her ancestry. Thank you.

Matthew it would help if you could find the sources and add them here and assist the small group of pre-1500 accredited volunteers. They will be very appreciative of your work.

Please follow the D'Oyly line. It will take you back to the 11th century. I need someone with pre 1500 certification to confirm the history of the D'Oyly family. Thank you.
