Source for Welsh Ancestry

For those of you who don't know The Dictionary of Welsh Biography can be used as a primary source for Welsh Ancestry.

https://biography.wales/     Search in Search Field for Mostyn, this gives:-

To be pedantic: it would be a secondary source, not a primary source.

However, it is certainly an authoritative source.

Agreed - but still needs to be carefully explored. The couple of chaps in the Welsh Biog from my family have [minor] errors of fact. Like all sources, only as good as the knowledge of person who wrote them!
