Who are the parents of Ellen (Aston) Lowthropp?

Question

Ellen Aston was the grandmother of PGM immigrant Rev. John Lothrop -- see this chart: http://www.wikitree.com/genealogy/Lothrop-Family-Tree-3

Ellen's profile currently shows that her parents were Thomas Aston and Bridget Harewell.  This appears to be a mistake.  Does anybody have information one way or another?

Burke's Extinct and Dormant Baronetcies lists sons of Thomas Aston and Bridget Harewell, but no daughter Ellen.  See https://archive.org/stream/agenealogicalan03burkgoog#page/n44/mode/2up

Quoting from this last website: "His wife has been identified as Ellen Aston, daughter of Thomas Aston, from Fole or Checkley in Staffordshire.  These two villages still exist and can be found about ten miles southeast of Stoke-on-Trent."

Have two separate Thomas Astons have been confused as the father of Ellen?

from my quick perusal, I'd recommend she be Ellen Unknown with Aston in other last names and a summary of the issue under == Disputed Origins == at the top of the narrative. She should be detached from Thomas and Bridget (but links to them included in the disputed origins section, which should also include a link to the other speculative parent if such a profile exists.

Update: Parents Bridget Aston (Harewell-9) and Thomas Aston (Aston-3) have been dis-connected (Thanks John), but Ellen's last name at birth remains as Aston.

We have a profile for Thomas Aston (Aston-4), of Fole or Checkley in Staffordshire - but still no evidence that he was Ellen's father.  He also does not seem to have been the identical Thomas Aston who married Bridget Harewell, (mentioned in Burke's).

Wishing to follow up, have added some details to the profiles and left a message to the managers re. changing Ellen's last name at birth to Unknown.
