Was Winnie Fite Bilbrey Native?

Hello all. Recently saw a picture of my ggg grandmother, Winnie, and suffice to say, I'm a little confused. She doesn't really look like the other people in her family that I've seen pictures of, and she also just doesn't really look white. She looks Native. Is there any information about possible Native heritage for her?

Remember that people of all sorts of backgrounds can have all sorts of skin colors - "looking" Native isn't very good evidence of Native ancestry. How old is this picture of her?

There is nothing in any record to suggest she was anything but white.  Everyone in her family is recorded as white on United States census records, and Tennessee land and tax records; she was born after the Indians were Removed from Tennessee; the family did not live near any Indian tribes either in North Carolina (where they lived until 1825) or in Tennessee.
