Was Richard Chilton a Member of Parliament?

Mayflower ancestors are way out of my league, but I came across the profile of Richard Chilton, grandfather of James Chilton and it mentioned he was a Member of Parliament but I can't find him anywhere at this site

Does anyone have other information to confirm or deny his status as an MP?
