Just pressing on the Descendants button, reveals 209 gg grandchildren. I think it would be very unlikely not to have living descendants, as others have expressed below.
I am a direct living descendant of Mary Boleyn, 16 times down. Unfortunately I've yet to prove it through DNA.

My mother's father's mother was Maria Leake West. The direct line is all male West ancestors until you get to Lady Anne Knollys, granddaughter of Mary Boleyn

I think it's safe to assume that there are no living ancestors, but there are definitely living descendants (my wife is one of them) from Mary Boleyn.

Mary Boleyn was my 15x great-grandmother, so yes. (I'm guessing the respondent above is off by a few generations). No descendents of Anne Boleyn. Her line died out with Queen Elizabeth I.

Mary Boleyn is my 13th great-grandmother. I am sure there are many more living descendents.
