Internet trees have the parents as William David Robinson and Penelope (Taylor) Robinson. There is a William Robinson mentioned in the probate attached, but it appears to be a son.

There is also a John Hammond mentioned in the probate record, who received all of the money. Perhaps this is Sarah's father.

Their marriage isn't in book B of the Baldwin County marriage book, so it either doesn't exist or took place in a different county.

Your best bet is going to be looking through the unindexed Baldwin County probate records on FamilySearch and hoping that something pops up. There are two Robinson wills in the county will book - John C Robinson (p. 378) and John R Robinson (p. 22+23).

The second will can be viewed here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9QM-XJCY?i=42&wc=9SBF-N36%3A267652201%2C267811001&cc=1999178

The wife named here looks like Zuriah or the sort, not a Sarah. The children named are Luke, William, another son whose name is in the fold of the page, a son whose name appears to start with D. There is an Eliza named as well. I can't find a date, but I've only quickly glanced through it.

The other will can be found here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9QM-XNPM?i=223&wc=9SBF-N36%3A267652201%2C267811001&cc=1999178

It mentions a sister Jane, a mother Elizabeth Robinson, and there similarly appears to be no date.

Ok E. Logan. Thanks for sharing this information
Looks as if I just extremely luckily found the return for John L Robinson here (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-99QM-XKLT?i=497&wc=9SBF-N3D%3A267652201%2C267741701&cc=1999178) [I just picked a page number near the end of book G, since he died in '59, and two pages before, there it appeared]

This is probably what you'll want to study.

Appears to start on page 976 (the number printed in the book) or page 495 (the numbering FamilySearch uses)
Ok Thanks I’m going to look and see what I can find.

Hello Donnie,  I may have some information about a son of John L. Robinson.  [[Robinson-26350|James L. Robinson]].  James was married to Mary Elizabeth Anderson in a double ceremony with Susan Anderson and John Cushing my great-grandparents.  You can check out the profile and see if it is of any help. If you agree that James is his son, please can link this profile to your profile for John.

You may already know this, but just in case...

In the 1860 there were a total of six children living with Sarah in Salem, Baldwin County, Georgia.

They were enumerated in Milledgeville, Baldwin County, Georgia in the 1850 U. S. Census.  The good thing about that is that Milledgeville was the capitol city of Georgia at the time and has lots of newspapers that are free online.  They include information and news from surrounding counties as well as Baldwin.  https://gahistoricnewspapers.galileo.usg.edu

Check out the Georgia Archives Virtual Vault (free) website which is free.  It has the marriage books from that time period plus other things that have been helpful to me.

John L. Robinson is listed in the 1860 Mortality Schedule as living in Salem when he died of inflammation of the lungs.

Good luck and ask if you think I can help.  I added John and Sarah in the bio for James but didn't go much farther.
