Has this picture been correctly identified?

I recently found a very formal portrait photo amongst all my Grandmother's photo albums, which was stored inside a folder simply labelled "Gov General Clarendon".

I did a bit of sleuthing online and I believe it may be an official portrait of the 5th Governor-General to South Africa, George Herbert Hyde Villiers, who was the 6th Earl of Clarendon, together with his wife, Adeline Verena Ishbel Villiers (nee Cocks).

I'd love others to take a look and see if they agree (or disagree) with my findings.

Yes, think you’re absolutely right. It’s signed ‘Clarendon’ & ‘Verena Clarendon’ too.

Think you’re probably right about its  purpose too. (They look happy to be leaving don’t they!)

I did a google search in images, and there appear to be a lot of images, it looks to me like it is him.
