Help With Thomas Paine, b. 1539 and Progeny

The line of Thomas Paine, b. 1539, seems to be messed up.  He and his younger siblings were born after their mother died.  He supposedly came to Massachusetts early, but he would have been at least 80. He had two sons named Thomas, both of whom lived, one when he was almost 70 years old (not impossible), but the generations down just look odd.

I think both misinformation and bad merges have mashed two or more Thomas's together.  The entire line of Paine profiles needs work.  I don't have any knowledge about this line. Can someone help?

Looks quite messed up!  LOL.  I'm afraid I can't help, though

According to the following article he had no children.

That article is about a totally different Thomas Paine, the one who was involved in the American Revolution, not the Thomas born in 1539.

I just did the bios for Thomas Payne/Paine and his wife Katherine Harrsant. Better late than never!
