This is a chart I found.   TC  means tank corps.

TC = Transporation Corps (in WW1)

St. Nazaire and La Rochelle to Gievres Railway............14th grand division.

Railway line in France the US used during WW1 to transport troops and supplies.

154 co. I'm assuming fell under 14th div.
