Hello Martha,

I'm looking...... do you have any more info to aid the search?  Some helpful clues might include: the names of John and Frank's parents, if you know what names the middle initials you gave stand for, if you know the name of a spouce of either such as your grandmother.  Any detail you have and can share could help us find John.

I think the name of Frank (Francois)  Richard & John E> Richard `s Father.they were half brothers. was Eugene Richard of the Church Point, Louisiana  area . near Opelousas, Louisiana.
the Acadia  parish I am talking about is where Church Point , Louisiana is near Opelousas, Louisiana  in  St. Landry Parish  in Louisiana.
John & Frank Richard`s father was Eugene [John?] Richard near Church Point, Louisiana apprx. time was about 1899 - 1940.

Frank Richard `s wife was Anne Savoie . have no other information about John E.[E may be Eugene ] his mother was African American] & that  children that had their grandfather`s skin color  moved away as they became adults.possibly to Fre Lo Cove near Lawtell ,Louisiana where many creoles lived .
no, he was born around the Church Point ,Louisiana area near Opelousas, Louisiana.
Acadie  I am refering to is around Church Point , Louisiana & I believe that John E. was born around there.
Church Point, Louisiana - Acadia parish
