How do you correct a profile with an incorrect last name?

I'm referring specifically to the wife of Michael Lints (Lints-19).  Her profile is under Broddock-1, but her last name was actually Silyea.  What's the best way to deal with this situation?

I see that her profile is totally unsourced.  You can add a comment on the profile or send a private message to the profile manager, asking her to change the LNAB (Last Name At Birth).  You will need to provide a good source for the name you claim is correct.

The manager has been active fairly recently, so I would expect her to respond.
