DNA issue regarding the sale of our data to foreign entities?

Not sure I’m understanding your question.  Wikitree doesn’t collect or store any DNA data, just what test or tests you’ve taken and/or links to other sites like Gedmatch where your data IS stored.  Wikitree doesn’t sell information, either.
