Does anyone know (or know where to go look) for death records or documents regarding civilian casualties during the French & Indian War?

The reason I'm asking is there are 2 children part of the Christman (Chrisman) line that died in 1755 in Pennsylvania. Makes me wonder why - if it just the same year or if it was due to the war.

Could they be part of the Penn's Creek massacre October 16, 1755.

I'm not sure - the young female child died in 1755, but with no location. But she is buried in the Moravian Church Graveyard in Leganon, Pennsylvania. The young boy died in 1756 and is buried in the same place.
