Asking help to transcribe and translate this Norwegian note to English

I'm hoping someone can read and transcribe this note from a parish birth register. I believe the child's father is the mother's father-in-law but I'm curious about the note. I see the child is marked as illegitimate.

The image is on the profile.

On the register the person of interest is Martin, entry 6 down.

What you say is correct. The comment to the right says:

The child is declared to be (shall be) illegitimate as the mother is the father's son's wife.

Talk about complicated!
Thanks so very much. It is hard enough to read these old documents in a language I'm familiar with. Amazing that they would actually enter that info in the record. And how would they know? She was married and had more children after with her husband. Thanks again.
