Why aren't my edited birth and death saved in the edit mode?

Make sure you're using one of the supported formats for dates.  If that's not the problem, give us a little more info, such as what profile and what dates won't save:

Are you trying to edit a profile for which you are not on the Trusted List, John? Since you are a Family Member, you can only edit a profile if you are on its Trusted List.

Let us know if that is not the problem.
