Can't add my mother to my tree

Question

Had no trouble adding my father.  Have tried to add my mother four times, no luck.  Yes, I clicked the "add" button at the end, and was presented with a list of possible matches for her, none of which matched.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks!

At the top of the list of possible matches (in a separate line or paragraph from the list itself) you should see a link for adding a new profile page.  Click on that if none of the names in the list are a match.
