Hi, thank you for the membership. I am a descendant of an unknown AD Haralson who fathered a son with a Charlotte Butler. The son, Leo Haralson lived in Pointee Coupee Parish, Mix, Louisiana which was incorporated into New Roads, Louisiana.

Thanks Chris.  Yes I believe Archibald was his first name.
There seems to be another Archie from Alabama that was a lawyer also that may be Leo’s father. I have Leo’s baptismal record that lists AD Haralson and Charlotte Butler. Looks like I need to request AD baptismal record to confirm his parents.
