What does the Red DNA with checkmark mean on Connection chart for Geneology connections mean please? family list please? Searching DNA proved fruitless for me

It usually shows up on the 1st thru 3rd names listed?

It means that descendant is confirmed with DNA.  For example, my dad and I both did DNA tests and I’ve added that information and the “confirmed with DNA statement”  to Wikitree.  If you look at his descendant list there wil be the DNA box and checkmark next to my name but not my sister’s because she has not entered any DNA information.
