Adding Profile to more than one Project

I understand that you can have a profile in more than one Project such as Wild West, Cowboys and Cowgirls, Notorious Outlaws.

Is there something I should be doing in my editing so that that person's profile is added if they are not already listed?

You can have a profile in more than one project, although it is preferred to have just one.  You can have a maximum of two.

Alice, I've added some sources as well as removing the U.S. project box from the profile.  You can't have a project box on a profile without having the project as a profile manager.  You would need to contact the project if you want them to be a manager and tell them why they need to manage it.  Projects tend to have stickers that people can place on profiles of their ancestors.  A maximum of three is allowed.  On your personal profile, though, you can have as many stickers as you would like.  Stickers are not making a profile a part of a project.

Here is a link with regard to project boxes.

If you are talking about recording all of those topics on one profile, think you are interested in stickers. Wild Wild West is the only one of those with a sticker, as far as I know.
